An order, step by step
Every item page carries a two-field form, name and phone. No account, no card, nothing to pay there.
From the form to the door
Type a name and a number, then press the product's button. The order is saved at that moment.
An advisor rings you, most often that day, to review the item, amount, total cost and your address.
The parcel is dispatched only after that call. With no answer on the number, nothing is sent.
You hand the courier cash on arrival.
A typing mistake
Raise it on the phone and the advisor amends the amount, the address or the item before it ships. Cancelling is possible on that call as well.
Common questions
Is anything charged when ordering?
No. Nothing is charged on the page; you pay only at delivery.
Can the number belong to someone else?
Yes, a family member's for example. Choose that number's country code on the form; the advisor rings it.
